Swagcheck®

NFT for Celebrities USA (2021)

Problem

SwagCheck, a pioneer in the NFT space, aimed to create a platform connecting celebrities and fans through personalized digital memorabilia and NFTs. Their patented technology, which allowed celebrities to sign and record their signatures, required a seamless user experience to make NFT minting accessible for both tech-savvy users and newcomers. SwagCheck needed an engaging, user-friendly website and app that could showcase their unique offerings—such as the Drip Drop Series—and effectively communicate the value of their in-house minting software.

The primary challenges were:

  • Creating a Cohesive Brand and Platform: SwagCheck required a digital identity that could highlight their distinct features and patented technology.

  • User-Friendly NFT Minting Process: The platform had to simplify NFT minting for users unfamiliar with blockchain.

  • Bridging Physical and Digital Assets: The app needed to provide fans with a way to connect with celebrities through both physical items and their digital counterparts.

Solution

To help SwagCheck stand out in the NFT market, we developed a solution focused on user experience, brand identity, and technical innovation.

  1. UI/UX and Web Design

    • I created an intuitive web interface for SwagCheck ensuring that users could easily navigate the platform and access various NFT offerings. The design focused on simplicity and engagement, highlighting the platform’s capabilities, such as the Drip Drop Series, in a clean and appealing way.

  2. App Interface Design

    • Designed the UI/UX for the SwagCheck App, a social and monetization platform for celebrities. The app allowed celebrities to sell items directly to fans, with options to include personalized digital add-ons, such as video or audio messages. I worked to make the interface visually appealing while ensuring users could easily mint and display NFTs on their profiles.

  3. NFT Visuals and Custom Collections

    • Created visuals for the Drip Drop Series, including the Drip Drop Cards and Drip Drop Collabs, to give each celebrity NFT a unique, branded feel. I collaborated with the team to ensure each NFT collection captured the essence of the celebrity involved, enhancing fan engagement.

  4. In-House Minting Software Design

    • Designed the user interface for SwagCheck’s proprietary minting software, enabling users to mint NFTs in a few clicks on the Polygon/Matic and Ethereum networks. This streamlined process allowed fans to create custom NFTs without needing technical expertise, furthering SwagCheck’s goal of making NFTs accessible to all.

  5. Presentation and Marketing Decks

    • Developed presentation decks to introduce SwagCheck’s offerings to potential partners and investors. These decks emphasized SwagCheck’s unique features, patented technology, and the potential for enhanced fan engagement, positioning the company as an innovator in the NFT space.
